Connect your AI assistant.
Unload Thoughts works inside Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor. Ask what’s on your plate, dump a thought without opening the app, and let your assistant tick things off as you go.
Once you approve the connection, the assistant can read your captures, tasks, notes, checklists, memory and review queue, and it can create, change and archive those things on your behalf. It only ever sees your account. Nothing is hard-deleted — archiving is the only removal, same as in the app.
- 1Copy the connection address from Settings → Integrations in the web app, or use the one below.
- 2Paste it into your assistant:
- Claude. Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, then paste the address.
- ChatGPT. Settings → Connectors → Add, then paste the address.
- Cursor. Settings → MCP → Add, then paste the address. A Marketplace listing is prepared and not yet public.
- 3Sign in to Unload Thoughts when the browser opens, and approve access. You can disconnect any time from the same Integrations page.
A few that work well.
“What’s on my plate today?”
“Dump this thought: call the dentist and also I want to write up the porch idea.”
“Tick off “send the invoice”.”
“What did I capture about the kitchen remodel?”
“Show me thoughts waiting for review.”

You need an Unload Thoughts account. Connecting is off until you approve it. What the assistant can see, and how to revoke it, is in Privacy under Connected AI apps.
