Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel inside the app — no email back-and-forth. Your captures stay until you delete them.
What happens after the trial?
Nothing scary — and nothing is deleted. Your captures and everything made from them stay yours to read. Creating new captures pauses until you subscribe.
Do you offer student or accessibility pricing?
Yes — 50% off, lifetime. Email us at hello@unloadthoughts.com from a school email or with a brief note.
Why no free tier?
Free tiers turn into ads or training-data deals. We’d rather one quiet price and no temptation to monetize you sideways.
Can I use it on the web only?
Yes. Voice and text capture, triage, and review all work in the browser. Native apps are coming for faster capture and reminders on the go.
